I’ve always felt deeply called to hold space and support others in this lifetime. My path has taken me around the world, learning and growing through practices that connect mind, body, and spirit. Along the way, I became a Reiki Master in Bali, spent a month living with monks in Northern Thailand studying meditation and mindfulness, and explored sacred medicines and holistic healing traditions across the globe.

I am trained in trauma-informed practice, holistic nutrition, yoga and mobility, and I’m also a Behaviour Change Specialist Personal Trainer. I hold additional training in Suicide Crisis Response and have deepened my knowledge through additional training on how trauma shapes the brain and nervous system. These tools allow me to meet people where they are — whether it’s through movement, nourishment, energy work, or simply holding space.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that healing should feel safe, compassionate, and accessible. This is an LGBTQ+ affirming space, and I offer flexible pricing when needed because support should never be out of reach.

My work is deeply shaped by my own journey. I’ve faced struggles accessing mental health support, and I’ve grown through my own challenges — including a suicide attempt in my early years that nearly left me blind. I’ve worked in so many worlds: from working in the fitness world in the city, to nannying in foreign countries, to supporting Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside shelters. At just 28, I’ve lived a lot of life, and each experience has strengthened my commitment to creating spaces of care, connection, and hope.

Thank you for being here
